Ion is definitely the best gym I have ever been a part of! A very friendly and inclusive environment. Everyone is so welcoming, and the coaches are amazing at what they do. I was super nervous to join a new gym, but so so glad I taken the step to join Ion. Been part of this gym for a few months now and I already feel so much fitter. This gym is unlike any other, and would 100% recommend to anyone at any ability at any age! Various classes for different populations (over 60s + pre/post natal) which makes it so inclusive!

Great & friendly environment. The staff are always helpful and the atmosphere is very supportive and not competative.

I have been attending ION for 5 years, and it is, without a doubt, the best gym in Cardiff. The community is another level. There is a mixed level of ability, and everyone just wants the best for each other. Highly recommend
