 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  Ion is definitely the best gym I have ever been a part of! A very friendly and inclusive environment. Everyone is so welcoming, and the coaches are amazing at what they do. I was super nervous to join a new gym, but so so glad I taken the step to join Ion. Been part of this gym for a few months now and I already feel so much fitter. This gym is unlike any other, and would 100% recommend to anyone at any ability at any age! Various classes for different populations (over 60s + pre/post natal) which makes it so inclusive!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  I have been attending ION for 5 years, and it is, without a doubt, the best gym in Cardiff. The community is another level. Really nice that they incorporate elements of crossfit to promote and develop this ….great place , fantastic helpful staff and great community feel

1. If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.

2. If you would like to put your membership on hold instead of canceling, you can submit a Membership Hold Request using our temporary membership form. If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, just complete and submit the form below. This will serve as your 30-day written cancellation notice as required by your membership agreement. Your membership will be cancelled 30 days from the submission of the form below. Note that if you have a scheduled payment within this period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation of memberships prior to the expiration of any specified commitment period requires an early termination fee of the difference between the membership you were on and the membership you should have been on as outlined in your membership agreement.
