 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  Ion is definitely the best gym I have ever been a part of! A very friendly and inclusive environment. Everyone is so welcoming, and the coaches are amazing at what they do. I was super nervous to join a new gym, but so so glad I taken the step to join Ion. Been part of this gym for a few months now and I already feel so much fitter. This gym is unlike any other, and would 100% recommend to anyone at any ability at any age! Various classes for different populations (over 60s + pre/post natal) which makes it so inclusive!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  I have been attending ION for 5 years, and it is, without a doubt, the best gym in Cardiff. The community is another level. Really nice that they incorporate elements of crossfit to promote and develop this ….great place , fantastic helpful staff and great community feel

This is not a termination request.

As stated in your membership agreement, you have the option to put your automatically recurring monthly membership on hold for any reason.

1. Membership hold requests must be submitted no less than three (3) business days before your forthcoming scheduled renewal date. Membership hold requests received later cannot be processed until after the forthcoming scheduled renewal payment. All membership payments are non-refundable.

2. Membership hold requests are available in 30-day increments for up to three (3) consecutive 30-day periods (i.e. 30, 60 or 90 days).

3. Upon expiration of the hold period that you select below, your account will automatically reactivate and regular membership payments will resume.

4. If you chose to cancel your membership during the hold period, the standard 30-day written cancellation notice requirement stated in your membership agreement is applicable. If you choose to reactivate your membership after it is canceled, membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable (membership rates are subject to change).

5. There is a £15 fee for each 30-day hold.
