Our Legend's Coach Sarah Clark is qualified and experienced to work with the older adult and those with chronic disease and lifelong conditions. Sarah specialise in Obesity, Diabetes, Parkinson's, Musculoskeletal pain, specifically low back pain and post-cancer exercise.
Our Legends classes focus on the development of fundamental movements essential in daily life. By emphasising these foundational exercises, we aim to empower individuals to counteract the effects of aging, promoting strength, health, and independence throughout their later years.
