Jen has been working in Nutrition for over 13 years and takes a personalised and science based approach. Through years of research, Jen understands that dieting and blanket approaches to health changes don’t work. The goal is to understand your own personal needs, what imbalances you might have, and how to make these changes in a positive, realistic and sustainable way. This ensures people who work with Jen achieve their short term health goals but also support their long term wellbeing – all without strict rules and barriers in what you should be eating.
